COTEC 2017

ABOUT

THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE
COOPERATION CHALLENGE.

This conference brings together international experts, companies, public decision-makers and academia in order to discuss the importance of cooperation in the conciliation of the benefits of digital innovation and the risks stemming from cyber attacks. Understanding how cybersecurity can be included by design in digital innovation and how cooperation between the public and private sectors allows for a regulatory environment that fosters greater resilience of companies and the economy as a whole while not inhibiting innovation are two other purposes.

The conference is a joint organization of COTEC Portugal, the Portuguese National Center for Cybersecurity, the World Portuguese Network and the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
